Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States and Canada.
Do Artika fixtures come with a warranty?
Yes, we stand behind our quality. All Artika products come with a minimum 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that installed lighting fixtures cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Are your LED products dimmable?
Many of our integrated LED fixtures are dimmable when used with a compatible LED dimmer switch. Please check the specific product specifications on the item page for compatibility details.
How can I track my order status?
