At Artika, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home lighting and hardware; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware, mounting kits, and instruction manuals are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
